A U.S. Army Veteran (the lady in the foreground) holds the distinction of becoming the first black woman and black female veteran to receive a plumber's license in the State of Nevada!
Her name is Evelyn Pacheco. She is the Founder/Pres. of NEVADA WOMEN IN TRADES. Her organization focuses on preparing women, especially women veterans, for careers in the trades.
We met, we talked. She dropped by a rehearsal and fell in love with the show and the cast!
