Something different...
“The mark of a good playwright is the ability to take suggestions from fresh eyes. The mark of a good director is the same. I’ve witnessed Loren do both with his 'Domestic Violence: The Musical' to excellent results.”

THE REDEMPTION OF LONNIE TATE
1966: thanks to a judge, a smart-ass kid named Lonnie Tate finds himself in the Marine Corps and in Vietnam. When he comes home sixteen months later, he and two of his Marine buddies are recruited by the CIA.
Fast-forward to 2010: a not-so-chance reunion with one of his Marine buddies from Vietnam pulls him back into a life where he was at his best when he was at his worst.
His buddy’s team has undertaken a lose-lose op: if it succeeds, it hands the world over to jihadists. If it fails…failure is not an option. There’s a missing piece to the puzzle, and only Lonnie can find it.
Problem is… Lonnie is a lot older now; and though still proficient at being at his best when he’s at his worst, for Lonnie, there’s a lot more to lose.
